I know it's early, but I think, for next summer's barbecue, I'm going to have honey-glazed ostrich kabobs, instead of a turducken, just to shake things up.

Leg of Lamb
Turducken
Ribs

Accompanied by:
Corn on the cob, seasoned and grilled
Homemade potato salad
