Nanny State Nonsense

Not only is driving without a seat belt becoming a primary offense(we can get pulled over for not wearing a seat belt, now), but adults are now forced to wear seat belts in the rear seat.

Can't let an adult make an adult decision, can we?

Kids, these days...

These stupid kids are growing up thinking that government is the solution for everything. Where is a responsible, reasonable adult to tell them to back the hell off and think about the consequences of banning anything they don't like? Can we ban gangsta rap?

Kids, you are contributing to the toilet that is the future of our nation. Parents, when the government solution to your problem is forced euthanasia, don't complain. You raised your kids this way.

...to sue? How the hell do you sue for a tornado? Tornado are know to be a bit...capricious at the best of time.

Nope, no lawsuit. The girl's death was sad, even tragic, but sue-worthy? Not a chance. It was a tornado.

Banning your customers from a lawful activity? That's a great way to help them prepare for the real world. "No, son, you can't make decisions on your own. Even if you are an adult, we will still treat you like you're 12."

When I was shopping colleges, I turned down at least 1 that had a "No alcohol or tobocco" policy, and they had offered me a full scholarship. I wasn't about to voluntarily commit myself to a daycare center 3 months after graduating from high school.
